All artwork sent to us must be in either a Jpeg, PDF or EPS format. Artwork must be all black on a white background. (Note artwork is considered to be just the print image/text wanted, do not put a t-shirt as a background image that is considered a visual only) A full colour visual is required if we're doing multi-coloured printing, this is for our purposes so we're aware of which colours are to be used, we strongly advise on indicating a Pantone Reference number for each colour and we'll mix the colour to the closest we can.

Any personalised garments that have a name or number will have an option of either printing or embroidery. If the print option is wanted note this is done via a heat seal/vinyl transfer, these are durable, however can eventually peel off.

Whilst our aim is to offer a quick turnaround we'd like to give ourselves 7 working days from approval of artwork to complete the order. (Subject availability of stock). However we can produce quicker, we have completed orders within 12 hours.

Merchandise bought from us will be bagged up in plastic bags in bulk, this is a free service. If garments are required individually bagged there will be a cost implicated, this is based on amount of garments and type of garment that needs packing.

We offer a free local delivery service within a 3 mile radius. Anything further than 3 miles will be charged accordingly. For carriage to be shipped to any UK mainland address via courier there will be charge of £15 per box. For carriage shipped internationally please call for details.

We accept the following types of payments, cash, cheque & BACS. Payments must be made in full on collection of goods, in some circumstances we may require a deposit before the order is complete. If you wish to open credit account with us please contact us, credit accounts will be available upon providing 2 valid references & proof of business details. Note having these may still result in a credit account being declined.
